K&C Educational Associates was founded in 1997 by Dr. Jean Kerney, owner and C.E.O. Dr. Kerney's rich background is derived from her experience in a variety of positions including that of entrepreneur, city council member, university professor, secondary teacher, school counselor, school psychologist, Pupil Personnel Director, and Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Curriculum in several states. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and Educational Administration from Ohio University and has completed post graduate work at Harvard and Hofstra Universities.
